Istanbul has been named, by a global investment company, a top location for investment in 2012. The city has much to offer investors; cheap property prices, infrastructure development and improvements. Fethiye, Antalya and Kalkan have also been highlighted for investment potential, as sea front homes can make up to 3,000 Pounds week in the summer season. Unquestionably, Turkey proved to be a great investment destination throughout 2011, but it appears there will be further rapid growth in 2012 as well.
In addition, the low interest rates and falling value of the Lira makes it almost decidable that investing in Turkey will be an excellent choice.
